Meet Kristen, a vibrant dance instructor with deep roots in Strykersville, NY. Dancing since the age of four, Kristen’s passion was sparked by her grandmother, a former dancer. Throughout high school, she explored various styles including ballet, jazz, lyrical, tap, and hip hop, while also excelling in soccer, basketball, and track. However, dance always held a special place in her heart.

Kristen pursued a BFA in Dance with a minor in Business Administration in college, where she honed her skills and developed a deep commitment to dancing with heart and dedication. After graduating, she joined Soul 2 Sole, where she continues to grow and share her love for dance with her students.

Known for her energetic and enthusiastic teaching style, Kristen encourages her dancers to bring their best effort to every class. She believes in creating a dynamic and supportive environment where students are challenged and inspired. Kristen’s motto, “Always dance with your heart,” reflects her commitment to fostering passion and joy in her students.

Outside the studio, Kristen enjoys dancing with Donegan Dance Exploration, waitressing, and spending time outdoors, whether hiking, boating, or relaxing by her family pond. She also loves live music, concerts, and traveling to new places.
